About the Project
At Barcoding, Inc., we are always trying to come up with creative, brand-forward, and impactful ways to build rapport with clients and new prospects. Some of the creative pieces we’ve done in the past were desktop backgrounds that can also be used as zoom backgrounds. Our employees have always enjoyed the fun aspects of the Barcoding brand between the wallpapers and the various gifs we design!
During the beginning of the pandemic, the Barcoding color pages were created in mind for #SupplyChainGeek parents who were holding down the fort at home and trying to keep their kids entertained during an unprecedented time.
“We understand that it’s not easy having multiple jobs and we’re here to help.”
The Coloring Book
The coloring pages aim to educate and introduce children into the supply chain world. This coloring book features a few of our favorite characters including—Barry & Barb Code, SSD Suzie, and Snoop, our HQ office cat.
We decided to create new pages and ultimately create a "coloring book" to share in the back-to-school season. Many parents are still managing virtual learning while some kids are now going to school in person. Parents are always looking for new activities for their children, and the Barcoding supply chain coloring pages are perfect for that.
The coloring book is 20-page coloring book that serves to educate about the supply chain and bring some fun into every season. There are a variety of page designs inspired by the supply chain and various holidays throughout the year.
Coloring Book Images
Since we wanted to share the coloring book across social media, the images below were a way to make the social posts more fun. I simply colored parts of the coloring page and took a nice photo for Instagram!
Coloring Book Campaign
The campaign for the coloring book so far has included a landing page, thank you page, thank you email, and over 40 different social posts. Not only has the coloring book brought in new leads, but it has also seen over 3,000 impressions and over 200 clicks and interactions on social media. It has been a great way to give back to employees, customers, and partners and build brand authority for Barcoding.
Next Steps
As one of Barcoding’s corporate social responsibilities, we hope to get the 20-page book printed and donate to local elementary schools. It is just one of the ways to build brand authority through the Baltimore community. Download a copy of your coloring book today!
