About the Project
The brand IntelliTrack® was first acquired by Barcoding in 2004. Now, with new investment and focus, we are relaunching (2022) to help our customers, and ourselves, drive productivity and actionable business decisions. As part of this new investment, we’ve incorporated valuable input from customers and integrated leading-edge technologies (including Barcoding’s legacy BOS platform) to make this “new” tool highly powerful in the increasingly critical fight to drive supply chain efficiency. By optimizing efficiency, accuracy, and productivity, IntelliTrack helps companies of all sizes and across multiple industries achieve that coveted state of true operational excellence.
IBarcoding's IntelliTrack® is a modern and secure enterprise platform that drives operational visibility and excellence. By tracking and managing your business-critical assets and inventories data, IntelliTrack becomes the single source of truth for end users, IT, ops, procurement, and partners. When matched with Barcoding's StayLive Services, IntelliTrack positively transforms how we leverage IT asset lifecycles.
About the Branding
With the newest version of IntelliTrack launching in early 2022, lots of new assets had to be created including—logo and branding, patterns and illustrations, website and email templates, new software design, Microsoft Word & PowerPoint templates, social posts, and so much more. The IntelliTrack brand sits under the main Barcoding branding and continues to expand as there are new releases for IntelliTrack.
The logo is presented in Open Sans Extra Bold next to a orange square. The square, also known as a molecule is representative of the Barcoding brand. The core branding for IntelliTrack features a gradient that fades from blue to teal, the square molecules, and the connecting squares pattern.
IntelliTrack Website & Other Digital Assets
The IntelliTrack website was created by the Weidert Group in collaboration with the Barcoding Team. Our strategy for the new & improved website:

Stronger design and branding to help people get to what they need quicker
Deep diving into our approach and our customer's experience
Living breathing asset that will update every 90 days (with The Weidert Group)
IntelliTrack Social Media
With the Weidert Group, we were able to launch a series of campaigns promoting IntelliTrack. For Q1 and Q2 of 2023, we have posted over 100 posts—this resulted in 75 new contacts, over 600 interactions, 150 clicks, and over 10,000 impressions. My role for this project has been designing the social posts, overseeing the design of the posts by creative managing, and providing feedback and copy when necessary.
We have also launched several videos on YouTube since the launch of IntelliTrack—IntelliTrack® Patient Belongings Tracking (PBT), IntelliTrack VeriMy™, and a few YouTube shorts!
Extending the Brand
Since the IntelliTrack launch, the IntelliTrack brand identity has expanded into a variety of different deliverables in a variety of spaces (in-person and digital). Some new fun brand assets include the Giphy Gifs, swag, cookies, and the pop-up banner for events and tradeshows.
To find the gifs, all you have to do is search supplychaingeek or intellitrack. You can find these gifs within Microsoft Teams, Instagram Stories, Twitter, and Facebook!
Various Resources
A variety of documents, infographics, and ebooks were created for the sales team to share with customers. The “Why We’re Investing” Guide served as a transition piece for customers who were already on legacy IntelliTrack, BOS, or RealView. All of the document images below showcase the IntelliTrack brand from the colors to the patterns.
