DecisionPoint Technologies Brand

About the Project

Barcoding, Inc., a provider of supply chain optimization and warehouse automation solutions, a portfolio company of Graham Partners, merged with DecisionPoint Systems, Inc., unified under the new holding company, DecisionPoint Technologies. A merger agreement was signed and was completed on July 5, 2024. DecisionPoint Technologies (DPT) is the market-leader in enterprise mobility and edge solutions across North America.

In a short 29 business days, my team and I pulled off an incredible feat—developing a complete suite of brand assets and launching a new brand on January 6, 2025, at the employee conference, all at the same time as preparing for the brand launch, events, NRF, Promat, and many other key events in Q1.

From designing business cards, postcards, one-pagers, social media assets, tradeshow backgrounds, and more, the results have been nothing short of extraordinary. It’s incredible to see what a talented, dedicated team can accomplish in such a short timeframe.

What if your brand guidelines were a website instead of a clunky PDF?

Every brand needs a comprehensive branding guide—not just a style sheet, but a clear blueprint for how to use the branding, colors, typefaces, patterns, photography, messaging, and more. For years, Barcoding had a branding guidelines PDF with over 100 pages of guidelines. It quickly became unmanageable, and let’s be honest, very few people were actually reading all those pages.

So, we made the switch. Instead of a PDF, we now use a branding guidelines website powered by Frontify. This allows us to create an easily accessible, always up-to-date, and searchable hub for all our brand assets. I couldn't imagine a better way to organize our DPT brand assets.

Why a website instead of a PDF?
- Easier to manage. No more outdated PDFs floating around.
- More engaging. A dynamic site with examples, videos, and interactive elements.
- Faster access. Search for what you need instead of flipping through pages.

We also integrated digital asset management (DAM) within our Frontify brand site, making it easy to maintain and update hundreds of assets—logos, icons, templates, and photos—all in one place.

Environmental Design - Tradeshows, Buildings, Fleet

A rebrand is an ever-growing project—we had building signage and over 40 fleet vehicles to update. It’s an on-going project!

I am most proud of our tradeshow booth design—it’s set up as a module booth. We’ve designed it as a 10x20 and 15x15 booth at NRF and a 15x15 booth at Promat. Our customers and prospects love the ability to see the abilities of IntelliTrack right in the booth.
